About

Academic Biography

I hold a Ph.D. in Law (University of Algiers 1, Saïd Hamdine Faculty of Law). I began my teaching career at Saad Dahlab University of Blida in 2000 as a part-time lecturer and rose through every academic rank to become Full Professor in 2025.

My research and teaching focus on Contracts, Liability, Real Estate Law, and Legal Digitalization, fields that are crucial to the modernization of Algeria’s legal system and its alignment with international standards.

I am also Head of the Master’s Program in Real Estate Law and a member of the Research Laboratory “Digitalization and Law in Algeria”, where I collaborate on national and international projects related to digital governance, environmental law, and sustainable development.

In addition to academic responsibilities, I actively participate in civic and educational initiatives, supporting student development, legal entrepreneurship, and gender equality in higher education.
